3. Courses, events, group conversations, 1:1 conversations, and podcasts
We offer various courses, events, group conversations, and 1:1 conversations, both digitally and physically (referred to as events). Registration for these events is done externally through one of our partners, via our own websites, or via go.weme.eco.
When registering for an event, we will normally ask for your name, email address, and phone number. Other relevant information may also be requested, depending on the nature of the event. This will typically be information related to employment, demographics, and social conditions, etc.
During events, we may use digital tools to allow users to participate through digital surveys, to answer questions or to ask questions, and the like. Here we will store the information that users themselves enter. In some cases, this data may be linked to you as a user. Users will also sometimes have the opportunity to verbally share their own reflections, questions, experiences, etc., which will be available to other participants in the course. We may record physical and digital events. In such cases, no data related to an identifiable person will be shared, except by special consent.
Technical data about the user’s usage session, such as usage patterns, information about the device used to access the service, which buttons were pressed, the operating system, etc., is processed and stored.

The information collected and stored is used to:
- Provide effective products and services to our users, including ensuring effective follow-up with our users and partners.
