USER TERMS FOR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES INCLUDING GO.WEME.ECO
These user terms («Terms») apply to all users, visitors and others who access or use our products and services («User»).
We encourage our Users to read and familiarize themselves with these Terms. The Terms apply to all use of the products and services provided by WeMe Facilitators AS, including weme.eco, go.weme.eco, our tests, courses, events, counseling services, and any other associated product or service («Service»).
go.weme.eco and all our other services are owned by WeMe Facilitators AS (company reg.no. 924 815 744), with the address Kari Trestakks vei 3, 1338 Borgen, Norway.
Your access to and use of the go.weme.eco app, as well as our other services, is subject to our Terms.

Privacy and data
All data provided or generated by Users through the use of our Services is owned by WeMe Facilitators AS. This does not prevent Users from exercising their rights to request deletion of personal information. In this case, please contact your employer, who is our contracting party for the User’s use of our services and products.
Users of our Services use them at their own risk, and WeMe Facilitators AS disclaims any liability for any consequences that may be imposed on individuals as a result of choices made after using the Services.
The Services are intended as leadership and self-help tools with guidance from our professional team in cases where requested. This means that the User must make an independent assessment of the advice and recommendations received through the Services, and how the professional advice received is to be used is up to the individual User. You agree that the Services are provided to you «as is» without any warranties of any kind, and WeMe Facilitators AS or our partners cannot be held liable under any circumstances for damage to property or persons, loss of data, or any other loss or expense that may arise in connection with your use of the Services, or as a result of non-delivery of the Services.
Users are fully responsible for assessing the need for other forms of assistance, such as through the healthcare system, in their situation, and WeMe Facilitators AS takes no responsibility in this regard.
Users of our Services are primarily reserved for companies, organizations, public offices, or other commercial organizations and their employees (including managers) where there is a written agreement for use with WeMe Facilitators AS. Users may use our Services for a limited period without prior written agreement, where this is appropriate to test our Services prior to making a written agreement with WeMe Facilitators AS.
The User is obliged to provide correct information when using the Services and is responsible for ensuring that all information provided is truthful and accurate. It is not permitted to act on behalf of other individuals or representatives without a separate written agreement with WeMe Facilitators AS.
Users of our Services cannot be under 16 years of age.
Any passwords associated with a user profile in our Services are personal, and you are responsible for ensuring that it is not made available to others.
We reserve the right to delete, suspend, or deactivate a User if deemed necessary, either due to abuse of our Services or if the User is acting in violation of our Terms. If we deem it necessary, no claims for compensation will be triggered. Upon termination or suspension of your user account, your right to use our Services will immediately cease.
Intellectual Property / Copyright
The Services, their content, and functionality are owned entirely by WeMe Facilitators AS and are protected by copyright law. All intellectual property rights belong to WeMe Facilitators AS, and it is strictly prohibited to copy, distribute, display, publish or sell content, software, features, products, services, or any other property protected by WeMe Facilitators AS. Breach of these rights or other misuse of protected rights may result in liability for damages.
This point does not prevent the ordinary sharing of general information about the service, content on social media, etc.
Users are required to ensure that the content generated by using the Services is appropriate, legal, and relevant to the purpose of the Services. It is not allowed to publish content that is itself, or contributes to, or incites criminal actions, or is otherwise in violation of Norwegian law, or that violates the privacy or copyright of WeMe Facilitators AS or others. It is prohibited to publish discriminatory content or to disclose personal information about others. Content published in violation of this point may be deleted or modified without notice.
Confidentiality regarding other Users’ information
As a User of our Services, you may have access to information about other Users. You are obligated to maintain full confidentiality regarding the information you become aware of about other Users. Accordingly, such content cannot be shared on social media or otherwise shared or disclosed without the relevant User’s written consent.
Termination of Services and Changes to Terms
WeMe Facilitators AS may change or terminate any of the Services offered at any time and without notice, without any right to any form of compensation.
WeMe Facilitators AS reserves the right at all times to change or replace these Terms. Updated Terms will be made available at go.weme.eco. If, in our opinion, the changes to the Terms involve a significant change in the User’s rights or obligations, the changes will be made available on go.weme.eco at least 30 days before they take effect.
By continuing to use the Service after the changes to the Terms have been made available on go.weme.eco, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Service.

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by WeMe Facilitators AS.
WeMe Facilitators AS has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that WeMe Facilitators AS shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.
We recommend that you read the terms and privacy policies of any third-party websites or services that you visit.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Norwegian law. The Oslo District Court shall be the exclusive jurisdiction for any disputes.
